If fitness is your priority, you are going to find a way. With gyms shut indefinitely during this lock-down, most fitness freaks are relying on free-hands and equipment available at home. Milind Soman, who is known to be possessing enviable fitness and still rules a million hearts with his charm, says he has found alternatives to his usual habit of working out in an open space.
Speaking to a daily, he revealed that he and wife Ankita Konwar, who is also his workout buddy, usually work out at their terrace these days, and the routine includes pushups, skipping, hopping and other core exercises. Since he can't go out for a run, Milind has also taken to climbing stairs as a substitute.

He is also careful about not consuming unhealthy food while binge-eating and suggests fruits and nuts as good options for snacking.
