Anant Ambani, the youngest son of Chairman of Reliance Industries (RIL) Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani, got engaged to Radhika Merchant, daughter of industrialist Viren Merchant. The duo exchanged rings on December 29 in Rajasthan's Shrinathji Temple. Going by the inside images and videos of their engagement ceremony, it was indeed a star-studded event. Among many others, popular singer Mika Singh was also invited to the event for a special performance. But, did you know much he charged for his 10-minute performance? It’s Rs 1.5 crore.

Yes! He charged a whopping amount of Rs 1.5 crore at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s engagement ceremony held in Rajasthan. For the unversed, Mika Singh sang a bunch of his hits to welcome the newly-engaged couple. In a video surfacing on the internet, Mika can be seen greeting Ambani’s and performing. While Anant opted for a blue kurta with a detailed embroidered jacket, Radhika wore a white and pink embroidered lehenga.

As per Viral Bhayani’s post, Mika Singh was part of the welcome function of Anant Ambani and he sang a song. In the caption, the paparazzo stated that, as per media reports, he charged 1.5 Cr for his 10 minutes of performance.

In a joint statement, their families said, “Anant and Radhika have known each other for a few years and today’s ceremony commences the formal journey of their marriage in the coming months. Both families seek the blessings and good wishes of everyone for Radhika and Anant as they start their journey of togetherness.”

Post the engagement, they all flew down to Mumbai and hosted a grand party to celebrate the moment in their Mumbai residency as well. Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Ranbir Kapoor-Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, Janhvi Kapoor and several others arrived at the venue.
