Masaba Gupta tied the knot with Masaba Masaba co-star Satyadeep Mishra last week. While the wedding was an intimate affair, the couple decided to celebrate their special day with loved ones and family. Fans were also surprised to see Masaba’s biological father and legendary cricketer Vivian Richards attend the wedding. While the fashion designer turned actress posted a few moments from her dreamy wedding, some of her friends took to social media to share a few other posts.

Celebrity chef Pooja Dhingra, who also created the wedding cake of Masaba Gupta and Satyadeep Mishra, took to Instagram to share a sneak peek of the making of the cake and also, some moments from the post-wedding bash. The video not only included the couple celebrating the moment by cutting a three-tier cake but also featured how Neena Gupta and Vivian Richards gave speeches. Pooja posted this video along with a lovely congratulatory note for the newlyweds, saying, “It’s always the hardest to make something for the people you love so dearly... Congratulations @masabagupta and @instasattu - to a lifetime of happiness, laughter, food and obviously CAKE! Love you guys”.

On the other hand, Masaba Gupta took to the platform and as a fashion designer, Gupta shared a beautiful journey of how she put her ensemble together for the special evening. “I’ve got the whole wide world & the Moon in my heart & my hands”. I admire Azzedine Alaia and was waiting for the day I could afford to get my first dress from the couturier. What better occasion than my wedding day ? And I knew I would give it an Indian twist with a South Indian braid. All very clear in my head. @dollaypop & her team found the last piece in my size in Paris & @atinirmal.g.pagarani carried it back in his hands via dubai - the choti flown in from Chennai and some lovely @shriparamanijewels earrings from Delhi to add to the mix.”
