Actress Mallika Sherawat is one of the most sensuous and fittest divas in the film fraternity. She has been literally slaying it with every appearance of her in movies and no wonder, she became the leading face to work with for many directors and producers during the 2000s.

Even today, Mallika manages to age gracefully and because of this, she continues to set the oomph game on fire. She is also someone who keeps her fit and healthy even at the age of 45. The actress is very particular about her fitness regime and is very regular on Yoga. Recently, she shared a couple of pictures on her Instagram handles where she gave a glimpse into her yoga session. Dressed in animal print leggings and a white athleisure t-shirt, Mallika can be seen performing Uttanasana (Standing Forward Bend).

Sharing the picture, Mallika in the caption explained the importance of Uttanasana and wrote, "I love doing Uttanasana , Uttanasana is a stretch of the entire back body, from the soles of the feet and up the backs of the legs; spans the lower, middle, and upper back; rises up the neck; and circles over the scalp and back down the forehead. When you fold forward in Uttanasana, you stretch this entire sheath of muscles.It creates a Calming effect throughout the central nervous system . I personally experience Euphoria after doing this intense asana".
