Shah Rukh Khan was recently rushed to a hospital in Ahmedabad after he suffered from heatstroke and dehydration while supporting his IPL team, Kolkata Knight Riders, in the match against Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Narendra Modi Stadium. Malaika Arora, SRK's co-star in Dil Se, has reacted to his hospitalization by giving him tips to beat the heat.

When asked about Shah Rukh Khan's recent hospitalization due to dehydration, Malaika informed Instant Bollywood, “That’s why I am saying you must protect your environment. That’s the only way the environment will love you back. But of course, you can’t really do much.”

SRK’s Darr co-star Juhi Chawla also gave an update on the actor's health in a conversation with News18. She said, “Shah Rukh was not feeling too well last night, but he is being attended to and was feeling much better this evening. God willing, he will soon be up and in the stands on the weekend, cheering the team, as we play the finals.”

A day after SRK was admitted to the hospital, his manager, Pooja Dadlani, issued a statement on social media with an update on his condition. She said “To all of Mr Khan’s fans and well wishers – he is doing well. Thank you for your love, prayers and concern.”
While the Bollywood Romance King is now doing well, he was kept under surveillance for a day before being discharged on Thursday evening. The celebrity was spotted returning to Mumbai with his wife Gauri Khan. On Thursday night, the couple was photographed entering Kalina's private airport alongside daughter Suhana Khan, son Abram and Amitabh Bachchan's grandson Agastya Nanda who joined them.

SRK was last seen in Atlee's Jawan. He also had a cameo in Salman Khan's Tiger 3. While his next project is yet to be revealed, he is rumored to appear in King alongside Suhana.
