From detox to cooking, Malaika Arora explored the different ways in which she loves to unwind from a stressful life. 

In a recent interview, Malaika Arora opened up about how she unwinds when she gets stuck in the rut of life. From maintaining a close friend circle to cooking and feeding others, to meditation, the dancer turned reality show judge explained various ways in which she tries to deal with a stressful life. While she talks about the sudden changes of her child moving away from her for studies and how her motherly duties was reduced to little leaving her ample amount of time, she also discussed about how making that time useful is necessary.

During this interview, Malaika Arora revealed that she has her own way of unwinding which ranges from detox spa to food. Describing her relationship with food, the diva confessed that it often acts a stress-buster in her life. "My relationship with food is sacrosanct. I'm very happy around people who eat, who cook, and who feed I only attract such people in my life. Cooking for my friends and family, these are all my ways of unwinding," she told during an interaction with popular magazine Grazia India.

The glamorous Arora confessed that detox is equally powerful when it comes to unwinding.
“It's the best way to recharge and reboot. I stay away from my phone, and I come back refreshed. You get to explore different kinds of food too, Ayurvedic food, or a completely grain-free diet."

She continued, "I sleep early, I wake up early and I'm very regimented. I turn to yoga, it keeps me grounded and sane. A good cry, a good laugh a good games night - small things that keep me sane and happy. And love loving your life and loving what you do is the only thing I need to uplift myself."
