Yesterday, he made a serious announcement that the leading actress in his upcoming ambitious period film Kesari, starring Akshay Kumar, is none other than Parineeti Chopra. This was big news as the speculation about the female lead in the film was going on since a long time. Karan Johar’s announcement put all rumours and speculations to rest.
