Vijay Deverakonda is currently gearing up for the release of his film Liger, which will mark his debut in the Hindi film industry. The pan India film is directed by Puri Jagannadh and backed by Dharma productions and Puri Connects. The film stars Ananya Panday as the female lead. Today on Vijay's birthday, the makers dropped the first song from the film titled the 'Liger Hunt' theme.

The Liger Hunt theme gives the audience a glimpse into the world of Vijay's character in the film. The actor who plays the role of a boxer in the film is seen in his beastly avatar in the song. When you have to fight for survival from a very young age.

"You learn to Hunt!" wrote Vijay sharing a new poster from the film along with the theme song.

In the new poster, Vijay is seen packing a punch while flaunting his ripped upper body. He is seen flaunting his long hair with stubble.

Liger has been simultaneously shot in Telugu and Hindi. Ronit Roy and Ramya Krishna play pivotal parts in the film with boxing legend Mike Tyson in a cameo role. Cinematographer Vishnu Sarma, Editor Junaid Siddiqui, and composers Mani Sharma and Tanishk Bagchi are part of the technical crew.
