Ever since social media star and actress Kusha Kapila announced her separation from her husband Zorawar Ahluwalia, she has been constantly trending on social media. While many extended their support, a section of netizens trolled her and flooded social media platforms with mean comments about Kusha’s character. Recently, Kusha broke her silence and made it clear for once and all that the topic is officially over for her.

For the unversed, Kusha, on July 10, took to her Instagram handle and shared a story, in which she wrote, “This topic is officially over for me, moving forward. I haven’t given a statement to anyone nor will I ever give one. I do not have a PR team so no story is a plant. Ho gaya ab (It’s done now).”

Kapila further added, “Also, I have restricted countless profiles over the last two weeks, restricted words, sanitised comment sections and hopefully, we are at the tail end of it but that doesn’t mean I haven’t seen how so many of you have fought with these nalayak, behuda macchars with logic and so much dignity. It sucks that you have to do this but I promise that I am santizing my feed slowly, but steadily. Over.”

Earlier, Zorawar had extended his support when netizens were passing personal comments on social media. In a note, shared on his Instagram handle, Zorawar had written, “It was a tough and painful decision but one we took collectively, for the sake of both of our well-being. What has transpired over the last 24 hours, with Kusha being subject to vile attacks online makes me sad and disappointed. To attack Kusha's character and paint her as some villain is shameful.”
