Filmmaker Amit Joshi and Aradhana Sah’s sci-fi rom-com Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya hit the screens on Friday. The film, described as an ‘impossible love story’, stars Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon in lead roles. It tells an unusual story of a man in love with a robot.

A surprise for the audiences in Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya is Kriti Sanon’s character Sifra, a humanoid android robot, dancing to Madhuri Dixit's legendary song ‘Dhak Dhak’ from the film Beta. Known as one of Madhuri’s most iconic dance numbers, ‘Dhak Dhak’ received a futuristic twist as Kriti showcased her robotic moves to its familiar beats, offering viewers an exciting treat.

Adding to the intrigue, this scene is strategically placed during a pivotal moment in the climax, injecting humor into the sequence. One will have to see the film to know what exactly happens during and after the dance sequence.

Another interesting part about Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya is that young and famous actress Janhvi Kapoor has a cameo in it. The news was first broken by Bollywood Hungama. The actress appears at a crucial juncture in the film and adds a nice touch to the narrative. It’s interesting to note that Janhvi’s presence was well-hidden by the makers and no one ever got the slightest hint of it before the release.
