Kapil Sharma threw a lavish bash for his industry pals on Monday. The life of this party was Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone. Ranveer took over the DJ console and made sure that everyone was having the time of their life! It was amazing to see Deepika cheering him on and occasionally joining him on the dance floor. While all this was happening, Kapil made a special request for his favourite JODI Ranveer and Deepika. He ordered a special cake and a bottle of champagne for the couple. Ranveer while cutting the cake said that it can only happen with Kapil that he actually took efforts to get a special cake for them at his own wedding party. Everybody knows how much Kapil is fond of Deepika. In fact he has admitted that she is his one celebrity crush and no one has charmed him the way she has. In fact Ranveer Singh will be opening the comedian’s new show and there will be jokes around his wedding with DP and how Kapil has had no option but to ‘move on’.

Deepika and Ranveer made an appearance at the Simmba screening which was organised for the families of the leads on Christmas. They looked pretty excited for the movie releasing on December 28.
