Ranveer Singh’s return to the big screen after a two-year gap has turned into one of the most defining phases of his career. The film’s unprecedented box office performance has firmly placed it among the biggest successes of Ranveer’s 15-year-long journey in Hindi cinema.
Amid the film’s remarkable run, Ranveer Singh took to Instagram to share a brief but telling note that has caught the attention of fans. The actor posted a message that read, “Kismat ki ek bohut khoobsurat aadat hai, ki woh waqt aane par badalti hai… Lekin filhal… Nazar aur sabr,” accompanied by a namaste emoji.

The note comes at a time when Dhurandhar continues to dominate the box office and rewrite several records. The film has emerged as Ranveer Singh’s fastest Rs. 300 crores worldwide grosser, ranking number one among all films released in 2025 and edging past Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava. It also ranks seventh among all-time fastest Rs. 300 crores grossers, a significant achievement considering the competitive box office landscape.
In terms of daily collections, Dhurandhar has delivered Ranveer’s biggest single-day numbers, occupying a staggering seven slots in his top ten highest-grossing days. The film has further cemented its place in his filmography by becoming his second biggest worldwide grosser, overtaking Simmba and now chasing the lifetime numbers of Padmaavat.
