In the recent episode of Colors TV's popular reality show, Khatron Ke Khiladi 11, we got the very first winner of K-Medal. The fight for K-Medal was performed between Arjun Bijlani and Vishal Aditya Singh. The task involved rescuing a family 0f 4 (mannequins) from a bus sunk deep inside the water. In which Arjun outshined Vishal and emerged as the winner with only a marginal difference of 20 seconds.
Khatron Ke Khiladi 11: Shweta Tiwari upset over Vishal Aditya Singh not winning K-Medal, Rohit Shetty clarifies about favouritismBoth of them had a really tough time performing the stunt, Arjun who went in first faced difficulty due to the chilled water and the extra weight of the mannequins that soaked up water. While, Vishal, who does not know swimming, struggled as well due to the same reason.
Arjun was thrilled to have received the medal and everybody including the other contestants and host Rohit Shetty got happy and appreciated him for the stunt. While they also appreciated Vishal for being such a tough competitor and completing the full stunt. However, there was one such contestant who was not happy about the decision. It was none other than Vishal's close friend Shweta Tiwari, who felt that it was Vishal who performed the stunt better.
Taking a dig upon this, Rohit Shetty clarified to her and said that the margin definitely was of 20 seconds and believes that it is weird that the topic of accusation and favouritism rises in every season. He further said that someone winning or losing wouldn’t impact him or the channel. He also said it will neither impact the performances of his films if a particular contestant wins or losses. Hence, he says that there is no manipulation of results and any kind of favour to a particular contestant in the show.
