Kartik Aaryan unveils FANtertainment theme; says “Every role I take on is a chance to connect with my audience and fans”

For over two decades, Zee Cine Awards is an annual film awards event that has recognized outstanding talent in Indian cinema. This year, the 23rd edition introduces the theme ‘FANtertainment,’ focusing on the bond between films and their audiences. The event aims to highlight the role of fans in shaping the industry. Actors Tamannaah Bhatia, Vaani Kapoor, and Jacqueline Fernandez also recreated the heart symbol on stage and shared their experiences from past editions.

At the press conference, Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan, along with ZEE dignitaries and partners, unveiled a redesigned trophy. The new design features two intertwined hands forming a heart—one symbolizing the film industry and the other representing the love of fans. This year’s ceremony promises a more interactive and engaging experience, emphasizing audience connection.

Kartik Aaryan said, “This year has been all about pushing my limits—be it exploring genres like biopic, or horror and comedy. Every role I take on is a chance to connect with my audience and fans, and their love is my biggest motivation. The FANtertainment theme is special because it truly celebrates this connection—where fans don’t just watch cinema, they live it with us. I’m excited to be here and celebrate this beautiful bond.”

Tamannaah Bhatia shared, “It’s only the beginning of the year, but it has already been creatively exciting—balancing different industries, exploring unique roles, and breaking stereotypes. Through it all, the unwavering love from my fans has been my biggest strength. This celebration truly honors the bond between artists and their fans, and I can’t wait to be a part of it.”

Vaani Kapoor added, “I am humbled and forever grateful for the unwavering love and support from my fans and audiences. With an exciting year ahead, I look forward to giving my audiences something truly special and refreshing. The event will take place on May 17 at NSCI Dome, Mumbai, and will be available for streaming on Zee Cinema, Zee TV, and ZEE5.
