Following his post about male actors, Mehta further extended his praise towards strong female actors who have consistently proved their acting prowess. He stressed that these actresses do not need just a single defining moment but rather a body of work that allows them to push boundaries, explore versatile roles, and claim their rightful space in the industry. Among those he acknowledged were:
Karishma Tanna, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Tillotama Shome, Rajshri Deshpande, and Shefali Shah.

He mentioned that these actresses have time and again impressed audiences with their performances, yet, as Mehta implies, the industry needs to offer them even greater opportunities to showcase their full potential.
