Actor-comedian Kapil Sharma is currently in a trip to Punjab. During his visit to the state he paid a visit to former cricketer and politician Navjot Singh Sidhu. For the longest time, Navjot Singh Sidhu was the judge of the popular television show The Kapil Sharma Show. Kapil Sharma and Navjot Singh Sidhu’s camaraderie on the show was enjoyed by the audience.
Kapil took to his social media handle to share pictures from the visit where they can be seen enjoying paranthas. “Meeting @navjotsinghsidhu paji n eating #pranthas after a long time #amritsar #punjab #punjabi #goodtimes #brothers #foodie thank you for all your love n extra large meals paji, ” the comedian captioned the photos.
Sidhu also posted pictures from the meet and wrote, “Kapil the genius comes calling with dear friends Deepak, Rishi and Gurjot…”

Ever since pictures of the duo surfaced on social media, fans of The Kapil Sharma Show have been wondering if Navjot Singh Sidhu will be coming back on the show. In 2019, Sidhu was asked to leave the show following his comments on the Pulwama terror attack. His comments did not go down well with several people leading to the channel taking the decision. Archana Puran Singh replaced him on the show and continues to be a part of it.
