The actress keeps amusing everyone with her acting abilities and her sense of humour. The actress recently poked fun at trolls and explained how she evolved into a fair complexion person over time. The actress humorously claimed that her unbeatable SPF protection was to blame for everything.

On Wednesday, Kajol answered a question that trollers frequently pose by posting on her Instagram account about how she developed into someone who is "so fair" over time. She uploaded a photo of herself covering her face in her Instagram Story. Kajol's face was hidden in the image while she had donned a blue t-shirt and accessorized with a pair of sunglasses. Kajol poked fun at trolls while posting the image and wrote, “To all those who ask me how I became so fair #sunblocked #spfunbeatable.”

In an old interview with Pinkvilla, Kajol denied rumours that she had cosmetic surgery to lighten her complexion, she said, “I have not undergone any skin whitening surgery. I have just stayed out of the sun. For 10 years of my life, I was working all the time under the sun, which is why I got tanned. And now I am not working in the sun anymore. So I’ve got untanned. It’s not a skin whitening surgery, it’s a stay-at-home surgery.”

Kajol previously remarked that through time, she had come to appreciate the beauty in her appearance. In 2021, she disclosed to Netflix that her grandmother, Shobhna Samarth, had told her about it. She said, “The idea of seeing the beauty in imperfection is something my grandmother tried to instil in me at a very young age. She was considered one of the great beauties of her time, but she always told me, ‘It’s my slight cockeye that makes me beautiful!’ Yet, it was many years before I could look at myself in the mirror and go, ‘You are beautiful!’.”

Coming to professional front, Kajol was last seen in the family drama Salaam Venky, directed by Revathy. She will be next seen in The Good Wife which will mark as her OTT debut with Disney+ Hotstar's . She will be seen in the role of housewife who returns to her law career after a long break. Directed by Suparn Verma, the series is an official adaptation of the American show of the same name.
