Kajol and Twinkle Khanna have wrapped the 8-episode run of their talk show Two Much, but not without acknowledging the conversations it sparked along the way. The series recently released a bonus episode featuring Indian cricketers Jemimah Rodrigues and Shafali Verma—an instalment shot after the original episodes had already begun streaming.
As the hosts introduced the show’s popular “agree or disagree” round, the two actors openly addressed the criticism that stemmed from this segment. Kajol remarked, “Now it’s time for our next segment, which has gotten us into a lot of trouble,” emphasising that the prompts were meant as “lighthearted teasing.”
Twinkle added that the segment should have carried a disclaimer from the beginning, saying, “And there’s a disclaimer, which we should have had from the first episode, that nothing we say in this segment should be taken seriously. Please don’t follow any of our advice in this segment.”
The segment has been responsible for some of the show's most widely discussed moments. In an earlier episode with Karan Johar and Janhvi Kapoor, Kajol and Twinkle stated that physical infidelity was “not a deal breaker” for them. When Karan reiterated the sentiment, Janhvi disagreed, saying, “No, the deal is broken.” Twinkle responded, “We’re in our 50s, she’s in her 20s… She hasn’t seen the things we have seen. Raat gayi baat gayi.”
Another episode saw Kajol express that marriages should come with an expiry date and renewal option. “What says you will get married to the right person at the right time?” she asked, arguing that such a system would reduce prolonged unhappiness. Twinkle did not share this view, choosing to disagree with her co-host.
