Actor Kajal Aggarwal made it even easier and showed us how you can do an effective round of cardio sans any props! In a video shared by her on Instagram, she and her father are seen walking across the house and exchange a Hi5 every time they cross paths. "Given the When you got to do your cardio indoors.. make the most of it! ( @suman.agg09 doesn’t seem too pleased with the video)," she wrote.
