Juhi Chawla’s daughter Jahnavi was selected to participate in this year’s IPL auction ceremony on behalf of her mother. The actor’s daughter was accompanied by Shah Rukh Khan’s kids – Suhana Khan and Aryan Khan. Jahnavi, Suhana, and Aryan marked their debut and represented themselves as the new faces of Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at the recent Indian Premier League auction. The team is jointly owned by two stars - Shah Rukh Khan and Juhi Chawla.
In a conversation with a news portal, Chawla opened up on how she felt watching her daughter Jahnavi on screen. When asked if we can call them the future of KKR, Juhi said that not just the future, they are the present of the team. She later added that it is very funny how there was a time when her kids would be at home and she would be on the screen. Now this time, it was the other way round because the actress was home watching her daughter on-screen.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Juhi Chawla is currently busy promoting her forthcoming film Sharmaji Namkeen, in which the actress is seen sharing the screen space with late actor Rishi Kapoor. Sharmaji Namkeen is directed by Hitesh Bhatia and will be released on 31st March 2022 on Amazon Prime Video
