John Abraham reacts to questions on The Kashmir Files during the promotion of Attack – “Ask questions related to this film” : Bollywood News

John Abraham is currently promoting his upcoming film Attack. During a recent press conference for the film, he termed a journalist as uncle and said that people are asking “dumb questions” when he was asked about unrealistic action sequences in his films. The actor insisted on being asked just about the film.

A journalist during the conference had asked, "Your films have an overdose of action. It looks good as long as you are fighting four or five people. But, it is too much when you are seen fighting 200 people all by yourself, throwing away bikes and stopping choppers with your hands."

John interrupted him and recognized the question being about Satyameva Jayate and not about Attack. He said, "I am sorry main toh Attack ki baat kar raha hu, agar aapko isse problem hai (I am talking about Attack. If you have problem with this), then I am sorry. I really offended you."

The journalist also pointed out that it is not relatable to the audience. John just responded by saying “I’m sorry” and turned to his co-stars and said, “Bichara (Poor guy), I think he is very frustrated."

Answering to another question about his fitness, John said, “More than physically fit, I am trying to be mentally fit to answer some crazy questions as people are so dumb. Sorry sir, aap dimaag chod kar aa gaye (You left your brain at home). I apologise for you. On behalf of everyone, I shall apologise for you, no problem, you’ll do better next time.”

John also addressed the journalist as uncle, “If you ask the same ghisa-pita question like uncle, you’ll have a problem. You’ll have to ask the questions of today. Ask why is Attack special or unique. Ask questions related to this film.”

When another journalist asked him to comment on the success of The Kashmir Files, the actor said he has not watched the films. Further, he mentioned that questions about The Kashmir Files are asked by the media to create controversy. He went on to say that they should be asked questions about their upcoming film Attack.

The film is directed by Lakshya Raj Anand and also stars Rakul Preet Singh and Jacqueline Fernandez.
