Best known for her character as Anika in Ishqbaaz and later as Bani in Naagin 5, Surbhi Chanda will be tying the knot with long time beau Karan Sharma in a traditional Indian ceremony in Rajasthan. After kicking off the wedding festivities on March 1 with the Mehendi ceremony, it was followed by a beautiful Sufi Night. Post that, on March 2, the pre-wedding functions started in the morning itself with Haldi ceremony, followed by a Chooda ceremony. Held in Chomu Palace Hotel, best known as the palace in Akshay Kumar starrer Bhool Bhulaiyaa, the couple will be tying the knot on Saturday evening.
Many photos and videos from the Sufi night, Haldi, and even Chooda ceremony found its way online. The bride’s besties and Ishqbaaz co-stars Shrenu Parikh, Mansi Srivastava, Mreenal Deshraj, among others were at the forefront during the ceremonies and even posted several special moments from the ceremonies on social media. During Sufi night, Surbhi Chandna impressed everyone with a beautiful yet filmy entry where she was seen holding a lamp along with Karan also doing the same, with a carpet kept in between them as they walked down the aisle towards the stage.
