Celebrating a milestone in her illustrious career, Bollywood actress Kajol took to her Instagram handle on November 28 to mark the 26th anniversary of the film Ishq. The actress, known for her captivating performances, shared a nostalgic throwback picture featuring the lead cast of the movie.

In the shared image, Kajol is joined by her co-stars Aamir Khan, Ajay Devgn, and Juhi Chawla against the breathtaking backdrop of the Swiss hills, where a significant portion of the film was shot. Reflecting on the memories from the shoot, Kajol shared, “This picture was taken once we had finished stomping on the hills of Switzerland for the day.. You can’t see how zapped we were or how we were like “Why does the sun set so late damnit ? “ .. What fab actors we were na ;)”

Ishq" released in 1997, was a romantic comedy directed by Indra Kumar. The film showcased the chemistry between the lead actors and became a hit, remembered for its catchy songs and entertaining storyline. Kajol's playful caption not only invoked nostalgia but also highlighted the camaraderie shared among the cast during the filming of the iconic movie.

Coming to the professional front, Kajol recently made her OTT debut with The Trial, an 8-episode web show streaming on Disney+ Hotstar. Her last big-screen project was Salaam Venky. Currently, she is working on her next, Do Patti. The upcoming Netflix original will also star Kriti Sanon.

The forthcoming suspense thriller will be directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi, popularly known as BOB. Produced by Kathha Pictures and co-produced by Kriti Sanon under her banner Blue Butterfly Films, it is expected to transport audiences to the mesmerizing hills of North India.
