It seems that Bollywood is all set to showcase another lavish wedding in Rajasthan. The palatial beauties in the state seems to have wooed many, providing the perfect backdrop for the bride and groom to exchange vows. Joining the list of celebs who tied the knot in the picturesque state is Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare, who will be hosting a lavish celebration in Udaipur and they seem to have already kick started the celebrations and shared photos of the same on their social media on January 7.

After registering their marriage in Mumbai amid friends, family, and close ones, the celebrations of Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare continue and the couple have landed in Udaipur, Rajasthan for their grand destination wedding. The duo, along with their family and friends, have kick started the celebrations during the weekend, and on Sunday, they hosted a small welcome bash of sorts where the couple shined in black western ensembles.

It was also attended by the couple’s friend and influencer-actress Mithila Palkar, who was a part of the Groom Squad.

The wedding planners of Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare also gave a glimpse of the grand arrival of the guests for celebrating the special day with the couple. If reports are to be believed, the couple will be tying the knot once again this week but in a traditional ceremony amidst the enchanting backdrop of lakes and haveli in Udaipur. On Monday, another set of celebrations began with Ira Khan’s mehendi.

Apart from this, we also hear that the newlyweds will also be hosting not one but two wedding receptions in Mumbai and it is expected to be one of the most star studded events. For the unversed, Ira Khan is the daughter of Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta. She is a social activist whereas her husband Nupur Shikhare is a fitness trainer who has also worked closely with Aamir Khan for his films. The couple have been dating since 2020.
