The star studded wedding of Chunky Pandey’s niece Alanna Panday turned out to be a fun event with many celebs sharing glimpses from their celebration. Alanna, who is also a popular social media influencer, tied the knot with boyfriend Ivor McCray in an Indian style wedding in Mumbai which was graced by her filmy family along with a few big names from the industry including Shah Rukh Khan and wife Gauri Khan. Many guests at the wedding shared a few videos from the dance performances of Ananya Panday and the groom’s dance on ‘Naatu Naatu’ on the social media platform which has garnered ample attention.
Singer Kanika Kapoor, who also attended the wedding ceremonies, took to Instagram to share videos from the fun dance performances. In one of the videos, we can see Ananya Panday grooving with her cousin Ahaan Pandey and father Chunky Pandey, on the latter’s popular song ‘Saat Samundar’ (Vishwathma – 1992). Later, another video was posted by Orhan Awatramani, popularly known as Orry, of Ananya grooving to another chartbuster of Chunky’s, ‘Laal Dupatte Wali’ (Aankhen - 1993) along with her father and mother.
Besides that, both Kanika and Orry captured the iconic moment when the groom Ivor McCray flaunted his impeccable dance moves. The latter performed with several male dancers as they grooved enthusiastically to ‘Naatu Naatu’ from RRR, which recently created history at the Oscars 2023, after winning the Best Original Song category.

Alanna Panday had opened up about her wedding with Ivor McCray to ETimes saying, “All my cousins Ananya, Rysa (Ananya’s sister) and my brother Ahaan are really excited for me to get married as my family approves of Ivor. My parents are very emotional. My mum has been very active in our wedding planning and even the proposal before that. I feel blessed to be surrounded by so much love.”
