This Sunday, Sony Entertainment Television’s homegrown dance reality show, India’s Best Dancer 3 puts the spotlight on the incomparable power of family in the “Parivaar Special’ episode. Veteran actor, Shakti Kapoor, and evergreen beauty, Padmani Kolhapure will be present for this entertaining episode, which will see the contestants along with their choreographers bring viewers some heartfelt performances that will leave you amazed.

Setting the stage on fire would be Hansvi with choreographer Rutuja Junnarkar who would take the special guests on a nostalgic trip as they dance to the chartbuster song from 1982, 'Yeh Galiyan Yeh Chaubara'. After being praised by Padmini Kolhapure, the OG dancer to the song, Hansvi would talk about how she has always danced to this song at family functions and will request Padmini to dance with her.

Not one to back down, Padmini Kolhapure would go on stage to dance and recreate the magic of 'Yeh Galiyan Yeh Chaubara' along with Hansvi; leaving everybody mesmerized.

For the unversed, Padmini Kolhapure's performance in the 1982 film Prem Rog as Manorama, a young widow who falls in love with a handsome man named Devdhar, was a critical and commercial success. The film addressed the social stigma surrounding widow remarriage, and Manorama's character was a role model for many women who faced similar challenges.

She was last seen in Arjun Kapoor, Kriti Sanon and Sanjay Dutt’s Panipat, which was released in 2019. She also worked in the Marathi family drama titled Prawaas starring Ashok Saraf and Shashank Udapurkar.
