Sharing an honest perspective, Ibrahim said, “I usually always have self-doubt. Whenever I feel unsure, all this (lineage) is a reminder of who’s at home. ‘You’re Saif Ali Khan’s kid. Bebo’s in your family. You should be able to do it. You should be smashing it, man’.”

His words offer a glimpse into the mindset of a newcomer who acknowledges both the privilege and pressure that come with being born into a film family. Rather than relying on his surname, Ibrahim insists that he is focused on establishing his individuality through his performances and work ethic.

Over the years, audiences have drawn frequent comparisons between Ibrahim and his father, citing similarities in demeanour and charisma. However, the actor’s recent remarks suggest a determination to build his career on his own merit, while staying conscious of the expectations that accompany his background.

Industry watchers believe Ibrahim’s career is being closely followed, given his potential to carry forward the Khan family’s legacy into the next generation. Meanwhile, he wants his self-awareness and straightforward approach to set him apart from the typical narrative surrounding star kids.

On the professional front, Ibrahim Ali Khan is all set to make his big-screen debut with Diler, directed by Kunal Deshmukh and produced by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films. The film, which has been in the making for some time, marks a crucial milestone in his journey as an actor. While the official release date is yet to be announced, anticipation remains high among fans.

Ibrahim made his Bollywood debut with Nadaaniyan, co-starring Khushi Kapoor which premiered on Netflix and later was seen in Sarzameen as the son of Kajol and Prithviraj Sukumaran in the JioHotstar film.
