With his chiselled look, killer dance moves, and acting prowess, Hrithik Roshan can give any actor a run for their money. He is also an inspiration for many aspiring actors as he conquered the struggles of his life to become one of the finest actors. Yes, even after being a star kid, Hrithik had his own share of struggles. Only a small section of his admirers are aware of the fact that Hrithik used to stammer in his childhood.

Recently, in an interview with The Indian Express, the Greek God of Bollywood recalled his childhood days and how they were “painful” for him. The actor asserted, “I have sometimes felt that life is very unfair. In school, I had such a bad stammer that I couldn’t speak. I never had any friends or girlfriends. I was very shy and would come back from school and just cry. School days were very painful.”

Further, the Super 30 actor revealed he was broken when his doctors told him that he could never dance. Calling those days 'traumatising', he said, “On top of that, doctors told me that I couldn’t become an actor. There were problems with my spine, doctors said ‘you cannot dance’. I was so broken, that I would wake up for months, and would think it is a dream, a lucid dream. It was so heartbreaking and relieved that feeling of knowing that I could not become an actor…I am disabled.”

Coming to the professional front, the 48-year-old actor was last seen in Vikram Vedha, a Hindi remake of a Tamil-language film of the same name. Though it performed average at the box office, his performance heaped praise. He has a bunch of projects in his kitty, including Fighter, which will mark his first on-screen collaboration with actress Deepika Padukone.
