Honey Singh thanks Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar for helping him come back with new music in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan and Selfiee : Bollywood News

Musician Yo Yo Honey Singh is all set to work with Akshay Kumar and Salman Khan, respectively. The rapper said that he is already gearing for his independent album release but he also has Hindi music coming up with the two stars. He is set to have new songs in Salman's film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan and Akshay's Selfiee, respectively.

Talking to Free Press Journal, Honey Singh said, “In 2023, I will be focussing on my independent music and I am coming up with a third album titled Honey 3.0 after nine years of 'Desi Kalakaar'. It has the old vibe of Yo Yo Honey Singh and the charm of this new age and it is releasing in March or April. Salman bhai called and told me that he wants to do a song with me. We last collaborated on 'Yaar Na Mile' from Kick but I couldn’t feature in it as I was shooting for a Punjabi movie in London. We have shot one song together for Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan.”

He added, “Akshay paaji (brother) also called me and we shot a song titled 'Kudi Chamkili' for the movie Selfiee. I want to thank these two legends for helping me in my struggle of coming back again. I hope 2023 is going to be massive for me.”

Salman Khan will be next seen in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. The film will now hit the theatres on Eid 2023. The actor unveiled several looks from the movie and even a teaser video. The film stars Pooja Hegde, Venkatesh Daggubati, Jagapathi Babu, Jassie Gill, Siddharth Nigam, Raghav Juyal, Shehnaaz Gill and Palak Tiwari. The film is directed by Farhad Samji and bankrolled by Salman Khan Films.

He will also be seen in Tiger 3, which will hit the theatres on Diwali 2023. Directed by Maneesh Sharma and bankrolled by Yash Raj Films, the film marks his reunion with Katrina Kaif. The actor has a cameo in Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan, which arrives in theatres on January 25, 2023.

Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar will star in Selfiee with Emraan Hashmi, Nushrratt Bharuccha and Diana Penty. The film is set for February 2023 release. He also Bade Miyan Chote Miyan with Tiger Shroff, and Soorarai Pottru remake.
