Actress Hina khan has seen a very rough patch of life this year. Earlier this year during April-May, she lost her father while she was on an outdoor shoot. Post that, she got infected by Covid-19 and recently she also lost her close friend Sidharth Shukla. Going through all these, the actress wasn't able to concentrate on her fitness and reveals putting on some weight.
Now, the actress is trying to get back on track and has started exercising again. Taking to her Instagram, she dropped a post-workout mirror selfie of hers flaunting her toned body. Sharing the selfie, Hina wrote a power-pack note emphasizing the importance of mental health in one's life.
Hina wrote, "Had put on some kilos in these months for obvious reasons and I really did not pay attention to how many kilos I put on. My mental health was way more important and I just wanted to be, wanted to do things that make me happy. Sometimes let yourself be, enjoy the little things, do what you like without thinking much about what people will say or how am I looking".
She added, "After all, one needs to be in the right frame of mind to do anything in life. And I chose mental health, my well being over my physical appearance. Now here I am, back in action".
