Best known for her role as Sai in Ghum Hain Kisikey Pyaar Mein, Ayesha Singh recently left her social media fans concerned when she shared a photo of her swollen face. On Monday, the actress apologized to her followers for not sharing any content for quite some time owing to ‘health issues’. Further elaborating on her situation, the actress recently revealed that despite consulting multiple doctors, she has been unable to receive the right diagnosis for her condition.
In an brief interaction with Hindustan Times regarding her health condition, Ayesha Singh said,
“We got it checked, but there was no accurate diagnosis of what's wrong. Gradually the pain began increasing, and I couldn’t open my mouth even to talk. When half of my face swelled up and was paining massively, we got worried. We thought it could be something major and not just a bit of swelling.”
The actress also expressed her worry when almost three doctors were unable to figure out the reason behind her condition. “I have connected with a third doctor, and yet we still can’t pinpoint the root cause of the swelling which happened so abruptly. He said let’s treat it as some kind of infection for now. It’s been a while, but the pain hasn’t changed much,” she added. “The doctor said this new line of treatment will take another 10 days to show results,” Singh stated and went on to conclude, “Earlier, I was worried, but with this third attempt, I am optimistic. The doctor is pretty confident of recovery, so I am crossing my fingers.”
For the unversed, in a post on social media earlier this week, Ayesha Singh had posted, “Apologies for being inactive for a while, as I’ve been little down on health, but I’m trying to recover and resume with all the updates, super soon. Requesting y’all to respect my privacy and please keep me in your prayers. Yaad hai jab mummy papa kehte the zada mat hasso abhi ro ge..so the first three pictures are khoob hasi and masti and last is what it is..Face is in recovery mode. PS:- Choice of song coz I m loving myself little bit more”, she had shared.
