Fatima Sana Shaikh recently started a healthy interactive session with her followers on epilepsy awareness, with an aim to share her experiences along with offering encouragement, and delving into the insights on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Through an interactive 'Ask-Me-Anything' session on Instagram, Fatima Sana Shaikh engaged in a candid conversation with her followers, encouraging them to open up about their concerns and queries regarding epilepsy. During the ask-me-anything session, Fatima inspired the audience to approach the disorder with resilience and a positive mindset. When someone asked about dealing with epilepsy and her advice on it, Fatima shared, “Don't let the world dim your light. It can be a tough and scary journey but you are not alone. Join support groups. Talk about your condition. Don't be ashamed of something you have no control over. You aren't lacking in any way. And eventually everything will be alright. Just be kind to yourself."

Apart from this, the actress also advised one of the fans to pack all the travel must-haves including prescribed meds before taking off on the trip. In yet another post, the actress was seen offering support to a teenager who is afraid to open up about her epilepsy to her professor. Many of the actress’ fans also showcased their love and shared ‘more power to you’ messages dedicating to the actress.

On the work front, Fatima Sana Shaikh will be next seen in Vibhu Puri’s Ul Jalool Ishq which also stars Vijay Varma, Nasseruddin Shah, among others. Also, she has the multi-starrer Metro Inn Dino in the pipeline where she is expected to be paired alongside Ali Fazal. The film, directed by Anurag Basu, will also star Aditya Roy Kapur, Sara Ali Khan, Pankaj Tripathi, Konkana Sen Sharma, Anupam Kher, and Neena Gupta.
