Fardeen Khan reacts to Zeenat Aman’s post on Feroz Khan ‘docking’ her pay; says, “Family wasn’t spared either” : Bollywood News

Fardeen Khan, who is the son of late actor-filmmaker Feroz Khan, walked down the memory lane when he came across a post shared by Zeenat Aman. A day ago, the latter, who is currently seen sharing a lot of anecdotes, trivia, and some fond memories from her acting days on social media, recalled an interesting experience she had when she was shooting with Feroz for Qurbani. Aman revealed that Feroz was strict about timings and even went on to dock her pay and reacting to this post, Khan’s son Fardeen revealed that he was no different with family when it came to his rules.

Zeenat Aman in her post revealed that she had gone to party one night which resulted in her reaching the sets of Qurbani late. Although Feroz Khan was not upset neither did he seem angry at her, he did dock her pay to pay off the crew who worked for that extra hour. Reacting to the post and tagging the actress on his Instagram story, Fardeen Khan said, “aunty, if it's any consolation family wasn't spared either. We just recieved the standard family discount of 25%.” Turning emotional, Khan also added, “Khan Saab would have loved your post. He would have laughed out loud,” and concluded it with folding hand emojis.

For the unversed, Aman in her post had recalled the incident saying, “I was quite a diligent worker, but on one occasion my youth got the better of me. Though we had an early call time the next day, I agreed to go out to a party. It was a fantastic night of dance and drink, and unsurprisingly I landed up one hour late to set. Feroz was glowering behind his camera, and before I could offer him my meagre excuse, he cut me down to size. ‘Begum, you’re late and you’re going to pay for the delay.’ No argument, no scolding, but you can be sure that he docked my pay to pay the crew for that one hour delay!”

Qurbani was a 1980 romantic action also starring Vinod Khanna in a pivotal role along with Feroz Khan and Zeenat Aman. The film went on to become one of the most loved films and its songs continue to be chartbusters even today.
