Earlier we had mentioned about Farah Khan coming as a special guest in the upcoming weekend episode of Sony Entertainment Television’s dance reality show, ‘India’s Best Dancer 3’ to celebrate ‘Cinema ke 110 Saal, Bemisaal’. The choreographer-filmmaker also expressed her happiness of reuniting with her student and the show’s judge Geeta Kapur as she will be sharing the judging panel along with her as well as Sonali Bendre and Terence Lewis. Now reports have it that the choreographer received a grand welcome on the show during her entry.
Farah Khan, who has been an integral part of Indian cinema over the years, is appearing on India’s Best Dancer to add an extra dose of entertainment to this dance extravaganza. During her entry, judges Geeta Kapur, Terence Lewis and Sonali Bendre along with the contestants and choreographers, came together to give a grand welcome to the choreographer turned filmmaker as they danced to the tunes of the song 'Deewangi Deewangi', from her blockbuster film Om Shanti Om. Farah Khan also expressed her excitement and admiration for Indian cinema, emphasising that its celebration should be beyond just one day and should be embraced every day.
The episode will see contestants, along with their choreographers paying tribute to the incredible journey of Indian cinema to the tunes of stalwarts like Raj Kapoor, Kishore Kumar, Shammi Kapoor, RD Burman, Amitabh Bachchan, Bollywood's most iconic jodis like that of Dharmendra and Hema Malini, Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh amongst others.
The contestants have been striving hard to perform exceptionally well with the competition getting tougher.
