Fahmaan Khan and Sumbul Touqeer, who gained fame as Aryan and Imlie, in the ongoing Star Plus show Imlie, have enjoyed a massive fan following which continues even after the duo quit the show post a leap. However, Khan’s absence at certain important moments of Touqeer’s life have led to fans believe that the two may have had a fallout. Amid these rumours, Khan seems to have decided to set the record straight and even opened up about visiting the new house purchased by the Bigg Boss 16 contestant.
In an exclusive interview with ETimes, Fahmaan Khan revealed that he has been in touch with Sumbul Touqeer and even visited her new house. In fact, he was all praises for the young television star to have achieved so much at such a young age. He said, “Mai gaya hu uske ghar, ghar bahut khoobsurat hai uska (I have been to her house, it is very beautiful)”. He continued, “She has done a very good job for it. I am so proud of the fact that she has got a house at this age. It's a very big thing. All credit to her and everything she has done. She is a beautiful actor and all the best for her future.”
Khan also maintained that he doesn’t like to post everything on social media which is the reason he doesn’t share much about his bond with Touqeer on the platform too. “Zaroori nahi ki har cheez main social media pe daalu. Main vaise bhi itna social media wala person hu nahi. (I don’t feel the need to post everything on social media. I am not that much of a social media person),” he added. He also further stated that he likes to keep his friendship ‘organic’ and doesn’t believe that social media has any role to play in it.
After Imlie, Sumbul Touqeer went on to gain fans with her stint in Bigg Boss 16 whereas Fahmaan Khan moved on to another show on Colors, Pyaar Ke Saat Vachan Dharam Patnii.
