Bollywood actor Vijay Varma successfully carved a niche for himself and remained in headlines this year for all the right reasons. From Cannes, to IIFA, to IFFM, Vijay Varma was literally everywhere. The actor has got interesting project in his lined up with Homi Adajania starring alongside Sara Ali Khan in Murder Mubarak.
In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Hungama, talking about Homi Adajania, Vijay Varma said, “I have been a fan of his work but its his sheer relentless, compulsion to tell this story the way he wants to tell it, that I grew very fond of. I became extremely fond of his infectious confidence and energy. So, I wanted to be on a ride. I feel like those two months, if I don’t do that project I will be losing out on life. So sometimes, being in the presence of good makers and creating something that you believe in is enough.”
Further in the same interview, talking about his lady love Tamannaah Bhatia, Vijay candidly shared where he had first seen the actress, “I have seen her in Bahubali on the big screen and what a big event that film was and how incredible her song looked on big screen. So that was my first impression of her, and she looked like a fairy.” “Angel dropped from the heaven,” Vijay exclaimed.
On the work front, Vijay delivered back-to-back stellar performances with Darlings, Dahaad, Lust stories 2 and his most recent show, Kaalkoot. It definitely is the Year of Vijay Varma with a string of superlative performances. He will be next seen in Devotion of Suspect X alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan apart from Murder Mubarak alongside Sara Ali Khan and the much-anticipated Mirzapur 3.
