Bollywood Ranbir Kapoor has been busy promoting Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar. The film, which released in theatres on March 8 on the occasion of Holi, marks his return to the romantic comedy genre after Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. The film stars Shraddha Kapoor and is helmed by Luv Ranjan. The actor is now a father to a baby girl. He and Alia Bhatt welcomed their first child, Raha, in November 2022. The actor is enjoying fatherhood and definitely wants to make her daughter a ‘sneakerhead’ just like him.
During the promotions, in an interview with Bollywood Hungama, Ranbir said, “I will start making her a sneakerhead if she wants to. Raha already has around 30 of them (sneakers) and she still does not fit into them. I am waiting for another couple of months so she can start wearing them.”
Prior to that, when asked what is the one movie he’d like her to watch when she grows up, he said, “I want her to watch Jagga Jasoos because it is a kid-friendly film and she would enjoy the animals.”

Ranbir and Alia, who got married in April 2022, welcomed their first child in November 2022.
Meanwhile, Ranbir Kapoor starrer Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar has released in theatres on March 8. Helmed by Luv Ranjan, the film also stars Shraddha Kapoor. He also has Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal set for August 2023 release.
