EXCLUSIVE: Kavita Kaushik claims Eijaz Khan needs ‘chamchas’; says he proved it by making a woman wash his underwear

Kavita Kaushik was recently nominated out of Bigg Boss 14 as she received less votes from the audience. However, before exiting the show she made headlines for her fight with co-contestant Eijaz Khan. It all began when Eijaz referred to her as one of his closest friends. She claimed that he was making use of her and that they are not friends. However, the matter blew out of proportion with Eijaz's fans sharing an old Instagram post of Kavita posing with Eijaz at a party.

After exiting the house, Kavita Kaushik in an exclusive chat with Bollywood Hungama opened up about the whole matter and explained how the entire matter was misunderstood. “I have repeatedly said in the show and even to Salman sir that I had done a show in 2005 where Eijaz was the hero. I, in fact, was replaced from the show within five days because I had put on too much weight for the character. That's how I know Eijaz. Thereafter, from 2005 I have met this gentleman three times.”

“As soon as I entered the house, he told me that ‘Kavita it's a good thing that you are here. Everybody in the house has sidelined me and isolated me’. He started playing the victim card and I fell for it,” she added.

Kavita said that before the lockdown she had contacted Eijaz to help her to go to a dog shelter. She said that someone had recommended asking Eijaz about the same as he regularly visits dog shelters. After their visit to a shelter, Kavita told the same to her husband who then invited him for her birthday party in February this year. She said that since the lockdown was lonely and depressing for many, she called up Eijaz and checked on him. “I called him during the lockdown to check on him. He said that he saw my Instagram posts and that I post interesting food recipes. I told him I will cook for him. It was not that he did not have food. It is just that usually girls are expected to cook. I could have sent him Ranveer Brar's recipes that I follow. But it was a gesture, I wanted to be there for him because I know him, he came for my birthday,” she said.

“But in the house I realised he does not need all this, he does not need friends , he needs his chamchas for image building. The time I came out of the house, in the next episode, he proved it by making a woman wash his undergarments and telling her to inform everyone that they will all have to do his personal work if he says so. He is building an image for the show,” Kavita further said.
