Actress Triptii Dimri shone in the year 2020 with her performance in the Netflix original film Bulbbul. After being hailed all year for her performance, a week ago she was announced as one of the first four talents of Dharma Cornerstone Agency.

Triptii will be turrning a year older on Februrary 23. Ahead of her birthday when asked if there is any difference between what she wished for on her birthday before becoming an actor and now, she said, "Before becoming an actor, I used to wish for that one opportunity to work in the film industry. It seemed almost impossible then but now after having done three films I only wish that I keep getting opportunities to portray interesting characters on screen, something that can be challenging and fun."

Triptii Dimri made her acting debut as a lead actor with the 2018 fim Laila Majnu. While she did not get much recognition after that film, it was Bulbbul that got her immense recognition. When asked what is the one thing that her character in the film taught her or her biggest takeaway from the film, she said, "Bulbbul has definitely changed me as a person. I got to learn a lot from the film and from the people who were a part of that beautiful journey. Bulbbul made me realise that we criticise ourselves too much and hardly accept our true selves. The character made me realise the importance of self love."
