Ranveer Singh has been making headlines and how! The actor broke the internet last week by posing nude for international magazine, Paper. Following which, there’s already an FIR that has been registered against him for his nude photoshoot. The actor always stays in news for one reason or another – and this time for being honoured as the IAA Brand Endorser of the year.

Post the show, the actor spoke about his tie-ups with brands and how he had to pitch his first ad which went viral on the internet. In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Hungama, Ranveer Singh said, “It’s come to a place where I have been able to achieve something that hasn’t been done before and I intend to continue because I find that all the ads, they are all part of the equity. With technology and YouTube, they will always exist. I love it when people give me this feedback that ‘Your ads are also so entertaining; we look forward to it that during the break this ad will come.’ It always should make people smile.”

When asked what makes him the favourite amongst brands, the Jayeshbhai Jordaar actor said, “I think it is the fact that I deliver on the promise. They put their trust in me and they find certain attributes about me as a person that fit with their brand. They trust that I will be a good ambassador and messenger for their brand. They show that trust in me and I make sure I deliver on that trust. I live upto that promise. Dare I say, I even over deliver. A lot of times people complain about other artists and their management complains that ‘You are ruining everyone. Everyone says that you end up doing 10-12 hour shifts instead of 8-hour shifts. Then even we have to do it because everyone says Ranveer did it.’ If the work didn’t get completed in the said 8 hours, then it’s fine and do a little bit more of the shooting. I am not kind of partner who sees it as transaction. That’s the key. For me, once I am brought into the brand family, then I see myself as a team player.” He then went onto explain how becomes a part of the team and is involved in the process.
