Bollywood star Arshad Warsi, renowned for his exceptional portrayals in box-office hits like Salaam Namaste, Dhamaal, Jolly LLB, and Munna Bhai MBBS, has garnered a substantial fan base and widespread acclaim. In a recent interaction, the actor was posed with a question regarding the variations in his performances across different mediums such as TV, web series, and films. His response shed light on his experiences and offered a glimpse into the distinctive demands of each platform. Known for his remarkable performances in various genres, acknowledged that there isn't a significant difference in terms of performance across these mediums. However, he highlighted his less favourable experience with television, attributing it to the quantity-over-quality approach prevalent in the industry.

In an exclusive video interview with Bollywood Hungama, when Arshad Warsi was asked if there a major difference while he performed for TV, Web-series and films, to which Arshad replied, “No, as in performance wise things don't change but TV wasn't the best experience I had purely because TV requires more quantity than quality. That's what the aim is, and I couldn't work at that pace.”

He further added, “So for me films and OTT works perfectly fine because they're almost pretty much exactly like a movie shot. They give you the time and there is no hurry. You can do a good job.”

On the work front, the actor was recently seen in Asur 2, the psychological mystery thriller, which was released on June 1. Apart from Arshad Warsi, the series also featured Barun Sobti, Ridhi Dogra, Anupriya Goenka, Amey Wagh, Meiyang Chang, Abhishek Chauhan, and Gaurav Arora. He also has Jolly LLB’s third installment starring alongside Akshay Kumar in his pipeline.
