EXCLUSIVE: “Adbhut with Nawazuddin Siddiqui will be releasing soon,” reveals Rohan Vinod Mehra : Bollywood News

Rohan Vinod Mehra was seen in the recently released web series Kaala, alongside Avinash Tiwary. Directed by Bejoy Nambiar, the show is streaming on Disney+ Hotstar. He will next be seen with Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Shreya Dhanwanthary and Diana Penty in Adbhut. In an exclusive chat with Bollywood Hungama, Rohan spoke about the genre and release plan of the film.

He said, “I am very excited about that project because the genre is very interesting. It’s a psychological thriller with some horror elements. The star cast is fantastic. Just a chance to work with Nawaz sir was amazing. That was like dream come true for me. I hope it releases soon. I think they will be releasing it soon. But until then I am just excited for people to also get excited about it.”

Adbhut is directed by Sabbir Khan. He is known for making larger-than-life action entertainers like Heropanti and Baaghi. But he is tackling a different genre with Adbhut. “Sabbir sir has been making films which are more larger-than-life. I possibly would say ‘commercial’. But he is such a sensitive and intelligent director, and he is such a cinephile. Sabbir sir has watched everything. He knows everything,” said Rohan.

While sharing very kind words for Sabbir, the actor added. “He gives his actors this incredible amount of confidence, so much that you can’t help fall in love with him and wanting to work with him over and over again. The confidence he gives his actors to deliver the best they possibly can is something I will always take away from working with Sabbir sir and I can’t compliment him high enough.”

A year ago, the makers had shared an announcement video for Adbhut, which featured, Rohan, Nawazuddin and Shreya Dhanwanthary.
