Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone and her husband, Ranveer Singh, recently welcomed their first child. One of the key elements of Deepika's prenatal care was her regular practice of yoga. Deepika's yoga instructor, Anushka, recently shared a heartfelt post on social media, reflecting on their nine-month journey together.

Anushka described the experience as "beautiful" and expressed her honour in guiding Deepika through each breath, stretch, and pose. She commended the actress for her dedication, positivity, and trust in the process. She wrote, “A beautiful 9-months of prenatal-yoga with Deepika Padukone and this journey with you has been nothing short of beautiful. Guiding you through every breath, stretch, and asana as you prepared for this special chapter has been an incredible honor.”

“Your commitment, positivity and trust in the process have truly shone through, and I'm so proud to have been a part of this journey. DP Today, my heart is full as I celebrate you and your beautiful healthy, happy baby. Here's to new beginnings, endless love, and the magic of motherhood! Ranveer Singh, in a previous interview, expressed his desire to have a daughter. He spoke fondly of his wife's childhood photos and expressed his hope for a similar experience.

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh, who have been married since 2018, have long expressed their desire to start a family. In an interview with Vogue Singapore earlier this year, Deepika spoke candidly about her anticipation for motherhood. She shared, "Ranveer and I adore children. We eagerly await the day when we can build our own family... My family has been a constant source of grounding for me, and Ranveer and I hope to instill those same values in our children."

Meanwhile, on the work front, Deepika Padukone was most recently seen in Kalki 2898 AD. She will next star in Singham Again, Draupadi and The Intern remake. For Ranveer Singh, he has Singham Again, Don 3 and Dhurandhar.
