The quote seems have to piqued interest of social media users since it comes after the actress announced her pregnancy. Fans wonder if this was some sort of response to the question often women are posed about choosing motherhood and career.

Speaking of Deepika, the actress announced the arrival of her first child on February 29 in a cute social media post which she shared in a joint post with husband and Bollywood star Ranveer Singh. The post was a short and sweet message which featured the delivery due date to be in September 2024 and it was pepped up with kids’ accessories on the side. Soon after the announcement, the couple also arrived at the Ambani pre-wedding celebrations which further sparked curiosity about their parenthood journey.

As for their film commitments, while Ranveer Singh has Don 3 with Kiara Advani, a rather extended cameo in Singham Again with an ensemble cast including Ajay Devgn and Kareena Kapoor Khan, among others. The actor is also expected to essay the character of Shaktimaan in a film that is allegedly being made on the Indian superhero.
