After giving the blockbuster hit with Simmba, Ranveer Singh flew off to his honeymoon with Deepika Padukone to Sri Lanka. Not only did they ring in the New Year together, but Deepika also celebrated her first birthday since marriage with her hubby. While returning from their honeymoon, the couple obliged many of their fans with selfies.

On Sunday night, the newly married couple walked out of the Mumbai airport hand-in-hand while happily greeting the awaiting paparazzi. Deepika looked beautiful in black separates as she smiled for the cameras. Ranveer rocked Gucci tee and casuals. The same night, Ranveer went to Gaiety Galaxy to check out the audience’s reaction to Simmba even after the smash hit.

Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh will soon begin promotions for his next film, Gully Boy which stars Alia Bhatt. The film, helmed by Zoya Akhtar, will have its world premiere at Berlin International Film Festival 2019. It is set to release on February 14, 2019.

Deepika Padukone, on the other hand, will be starring and co-producing Meghna Gulzar’s next film Chhapaak in which she will essay the role of acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal.
