Collective Artists Network has announced a significant expansion of its leadership team with the induction of Janahavi Rawal, Sanjana Jain, and Rahul Regulapati into its partnership. The move marks an important milestone for the company as it prepares to enter its next phase of growth across media, entertainment, culture, and technology.

The three new partners join an existing partnership group that includes Sudeep Subhash, Kshitij Mehta, Jaya Saha, Avinash Bidaia, Nandita Sachdev, and Dhruv Chitgopekar. Together, the leadership team has played a central role in shaping Collective Artists Network’s scale, culture, and long-term strategic direction. The expanded partnership reflects the company’s intent to strengthen its leadership bench by recognising individuals who have helped build the organisation from within.
Each of the newly inducted partners has been closely associated with Collective’s journey over the years and has contributed to its growth across key verticals. Janahavi Rawal, a long-standing leader at the company, has been elevated to partner to head Collective’s talent management charter. With over a decade at the organisation, she has been instrumental in shaping its approach to artist representation, building trust-driven relationships with talent, and strengthening the company’s position in the talent management ecosystem.
Sanjana Jain has been elevated to partner to lead Marketing and Creative Services across the company. She has played a key role in building this vertical into one of Collective’s fastest-growing divisions, focusing on solving creative challenges at scale while maintaining consistent standards of quality and execution.
Rahul Regulapati joins the partnership to lead Collective’s technology and AI charter, including Galleri5, the company’s AI and cinematic technology studio. Since joining Collective, he has been central to integrating technology into storytelling, content creation, and production systems, helping position the company at the forefront of tech-enabled media solutions.
Commenting on the leadership expansion, Vijay Subramaniam, Founder and Group CEO, Collective Artists Network, said, "As we grow, it becomes even more important to build leadership that can think long-term, take ownership, and create space for others to grow. Janahavi, Sanjana, and Rahul have each played a critical role in shaping Collective into what it is today. Bringing them into the partnership is both a recognition of that journey and a statement of where we're headed next."
The induction of the three new partners, alongside the existing leadership, underscores Collective Artists Network’s focus on building durable leadership and creating long-term growth pathways within the organisation as it continues to expand its footprint across media, culture, and technology.
