Though Alia Bhatt decided to keep Mahesh Bhatt's birthday celebrations a private affair, the actress posted a collage of the special moments that were captured on that day. The picture has Alia Bhatt feeding some food to her father Mahesh Bhatt, and a family picture of the actress along with her father, mother Soni Razdan, her sister Shaheen and her stepsister Pooja Bhatt. Also, veteran actor Anupam Kher, who is one of Mahesh Bhatt's closest friends and colleagues, attended this family celebration.
On the Bollywood front, Alia Bhatt is currently busy with the promotions of her upcoming film Shaandaar, a rom-com starring Shahid Kapoor, Pankaj Kapur among others and produced by Dharma and Phantom Productions. The film is slated to release on October 22, 2015.
