Karan Johar, the head honcho of Dharma Productions, was a happy man yesterday as his beautiful twins, Yash and Roohi, turned one. We can’t believe how time flies and it has already been a year since the director/producer’s kids were born. As reported by us earlier, KJo had planned an intimate birthday party for his babies yesterday evening with his besties and their bacchas. Well, Kareena Kapoor Khan and her baby Taimur Ali Khan were the special invites. Manish Malhotra, Alia Bhatt, Sonakshi Sinha and other industry regulars to made it to the gala event. The idea behind organising the party was that kids their (Yash and Roohi’s) age have fun with the birthday boy and girl.

Instead of going all out, Karan sent out hand written notes to his guests and requested their attendance. Now, that’s really sweet na? We have got you pictures from the party to give an idea of what exactly went down yesterday at Karan’s plush apartment. In one picture you would see the twins lovingly gazing at Yash Johar’s life size portrait, in another you would see them sitting pretty surrounded by their toys clearly having a gala time. Karan Johar, who has parented many a Bollywood star kids including Shah Rukh Khan’s children Aryan, Suhana AbRam and of course his three students: Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra...is now a hands on dad to Yash and Roohi.

The twins ‘older sis’ Alia shared a picture of the two from the party. She wrote, “May you live to be a 103! Happy birthday my beautiful siblings.” Karan’s BFF Manish Malhotra who is family to him also wrote, “Happy birthday my dearest nephew Yash and niece Roohi lots and lots of love. family #love #wishes @karanjohar”. 7th Feb’18...Happy first birthday to the AWWWWWDORABLE Roohi & Yash ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????‍♀????????‍♀❤️❤️ Karan’s twin cherubs have him firmly wrapped around their tiny little fingers !! Their wish is his command & that’s such a treat to watch????????Roohi ; the smart Missy Johar is teething and prefers to happily chew on her brother’s fingers instead of her own????!! While the Bhola-bhala Yash .. is easily distracted by anything musical & in a split second starts bobbing up & down to any beat much like his dad !! And that’s such a treat to watch too ????!!!
