Sunny Leone tweeted the adjoining photograph from the film as they wrap up their first schedule. Sunny captioned the photograph as "Principle cast of Tera Intezaar! First schedule finished! @arbaazkhanofficial".

Besides Arbaaz Khan and Sunny Leone, Tera Intezaar also stars Aarya Babbar, Salil Ankola and Sudha Chandran. The film also marks the directorial debut of Raajeev Walia.
