This visit comes as Boman Irani gears up for a significant month on the professional front. His directorial debut, The Mehta Boys, will be featured as the opening film at the Chicago South Asian Film Festival. Adding to the excitement, he will also be presenting the film at the Toronto International Film Festival in October. This dual showcase at two prestigious festivals represents a remarkable moment for Boman Irani's directorial projects.
The Mehta Boys stars Avinash Tiwary, Shreya Chaudhry and Boman Irani himself. The veteran actor was last seen on the big screen in the Rajkumar Hirani directorial Dunki last year. The film also starred Shah Rukh Khan, Taapsee Pannu, Vikram Kochhar, Anil Grover and Vicky Kaushal in a special appearance.
